1. About us

2. Services
Dee Automation provides custom AI product development, AI automation, AI strategy and related services. All scopes, prices and timelines are agreed in writing before work commences.
3. Intellectual property
All code and assets created for a client transfer to the client on full payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement in case studies without revealing confidential information, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment
Typically 50% on project start, 50% on completion. Larger projects use milestone-based payment schedules agreed upfront.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential. NDAs available on request.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for business loss or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for testing AI system suitability for their use case.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
